Job Description
The following are the key responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals, focusing on hospitality operations, employee engagement, and service excellence.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top-tier hospitality talent. Ensure a seamless onboarding process that integrates new hires into the company’s culture and service standards.
Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and productivity. Address and resolve employee relations issues, promote open communication, and ensure fair and consistent practices.
Performance Management: Implement performance management systems that promote accountability and high performance across all departments. Provide guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback, and addressing performance gaps.
Training and Development: Identify and address training needs in key hospitality areas such as guest services, food and beverage, and hotel management. Coordinate learning programs to enhance skills and service delivery, leveraging digital tools where appropriate.
Compensation and Benefits Management: Manage compensation structures and employee benefits, ensuring they are competitive within the hospitality industry. Regularly review and update packages to retain and motivate top talent.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal HR policies. Develop and implement strategies to manage HR risks and ensure crisis management readiness.
HR Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular HR reports on workforce metrics, turnover rates, and compliance. Continuously evaluate HR systems to streamline tasks and improve HR service delivery.
