Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure alignment with industry regulations and internal policies.
Exercise the authority to conduct unannounced inspections and investigations across all departments, ensuring strict adherence to the disciplinary grid.
Identifying violations, and implementing immediate corrective actions while officially communicating outcomes to all involved.
Organize training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and promote adherence.
Champion a culture of compliance, integrity, and accountability across all subsidiaries.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Keep up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices relevant to hospitality and fintech sectors.
Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior management and recommend improvements for operational integrity
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submissions of reports and filings.
Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters and promote a culture of compliance across all subsidiaries.
Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, breaches, or complaints.
Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ICA, CFE, or similar) are an added advantage.
3-5 years of experience in compliance roles, preferably in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
