Position: Project Manager

Job Description (Summary)
The Project Manager will lead all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing resources and budgets, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Project Planning & Management
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Team Leadership
• Lead, develop, and coordinate project teams to achieve goals efficiently.
• Facilitate change management activities to adopt new processes, systems, and technologies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to team members.
Monitoring & Reporting
• Track project progress and performance using established metrics (e.g., SPI, CPI).
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, key milestones, and risks to senior management.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and lessons learned are maintained.
Budget & Resource Management
• Manage project budgets to ensure effective utilization of financial resources.
• Oversee resource availability and allocate resources to meet project requirements.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure projects adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Oversee quality control processes to meet high-quality standards.
Risk & Issue Management
• Perform risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Identify and resolve project challenges promptly to avoid delays.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Engage with internal departments and external stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Facilitate communication between clients, suppliers, and team members.
Working Relationships
• Internal: Collaborate with finance, operations, and senior management teams.
• External: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Budget Compliance: Deliver projects within allocated budgets.
• Timeline Adherence: Meet project deadlines.
• Risk Mitigation: Effectively identify and address potential risks.
• Client Satisfaction: Achieve positive feedback from end-users and stakeholders.
• Schedule Performance Index (SPI): Maintain efficiency in project timelines.
• Cost Performance Index (CPI): Ensure cost-effectiveness in project execution.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction or high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, materials, and quality assurance practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
