Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Interior Design Facilitator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring educator with a deep knowledge of interior design principles, trends, and practices. As a facilitator, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our students by delivering engaging and practical lessons, guiding projects, and providing mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive interior design curriculum, including lectures, workshops, and hands-on projects.
Provide individual and group mentoring to students, offering constructive feedback and support.
Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in interior design to ensure curriculum relevance.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
Participate in school events, exhibitions, and industry collaborations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the program by providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design.
Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
