Job Description
* Set up and operate machinery according to specific instructions and procedures.
* Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or abnormalities.
* Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality and meet production quotas.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
* Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
* Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements and Skills:
* BSc/ HND/ OND/ in Engineering or related fields.
* 1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator.
* Proficiency in operating various types of machinery
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
