Job Description (Summary)The Growth Marketing Lead will oversee the entire marketing function, managing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. This role involves leading the marketing team, developing customer acquisition strategies, analyzing data to drive business decisions, and ensuring continuous optimization to meet growth targets.
Digital Marketing
Lead and manage paid ad campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, social media, etc.).
Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.
Oversee email marketing and content marketing efforts to drive customer engagement and conversions.
Optimize campaigns to enhance customer acquisition across all digital touchpoints.
Social Media Marketing
Develop and execute strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X to drive brand awareness and sales.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across social media channels.
Oversee the creation of high-quality content (images, videos, stories, reels, and articles).
Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach and engagement.
Monitor engagement metrics and refine strategies based on performance insights.
Content Strategy
Research industry trends to inform content planning and execution.
Develop cohesive content themes that align with the brand’s tone of voice and messaging.
Work with internal teams to ensure content consistency across all channels and departments.
Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and educational content campaigns.
Traditional Marketing
Manage offline marketing efforts such as events, print media, and community outreach.
Ensure traditional marketing efforts align with and complement digital strategies for a unified approach.
Data-Driven Growth
Analyze customer insights and campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Use analytics to optimize marketing strategies, driving higher ROI and customer engagement.
Analytics and Reporting
Compile and analyze data from social media, website traffic, and e-commerce platforms to assess campaign performance.
Provide actionable insights and regular reports to refine marketing strategies.
Stay ahead of trends and adapt tools and applications to maximize marketing effectiveness.
Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Foster professional growth within the team and set clear performance expectations.
Budget Management
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across all marketing channels.
Monitor campaign expenditures to ensure maximum return on investment.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, with proven success in both digital and traditional channels.
Strong track record of driving growth through data-driven decision-making and innovative campaigns.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, social media platforms, digital ad tools, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
