Role Overview:
We seek a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Strategist to lead our digital presence and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both digital marketing and sales, merging storytelling with strategic thinking to generate measurable outcomes. A proven ability to engage and convert prospects into customers through innovative strategies is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development & Management:
- Create and manage high-impact content for blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar with fresh, relevant, and engaging ideas.
- Leverage AI tools for efficient content creation and campaign management.
- Enhance content quality through storytelling, copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Stay updated on industry trends to inform strategies.

2. Social Media Strategy & Engagement:
- Execute innovative strategies to grow and engage audiences on LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Respond to comments, inquiries, and direct messages promptly to nurture relationships and identify leads.
- Use direct messaging to engage potential leads and guide them through the sales funnel.

3. Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using advanced platforms and tools.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics, including click-through and conversion rates, to improve results.

4. Sales Integration & Lead Conversion:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless nurturing of qualified leads.
- Follow up on leads from digital campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze prospect interactions to refine strategies for better results.

5. Copywriting & Storytelling:
- Write compelling, story-driven copy that resonates with diverse audiences and aligns with the brand voice.
- Create high-quality, persuasive marketing materials, from short-form ads to long-form content.
- Enhance brand visibility and engagement through innovative strategies and storytelling.

6. Digital Marketing Campaigns, Performance Analytics & Optimization:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
- Measure and report on key performance indicators, including traffic growth, conversion rates, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead conversion.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in sales with demonstrated success in lead conversion.
- Experience in promoting and marketing digital products.
