Job Description

The Front Desk Agent will serve as the first face that many see upon arrival, checks guests in and out of their rooms, distributes room keys, answers questions and processes payments for hotel services. Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner. Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs

Requirement
Experienced in the hospitality industry
Aged between 30 and 40 years
Applicants must reside very close to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Salary:
₦70,000.00 Monthly
