Job Description

Job Summary:
Salesville Properties, a boutique real estate agency in Lagos, is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to take on the role of Accountant and Human Resources Manager. This position requires an individual with a strong background in finance and human resources, capable of handling the company's financial operations and HR functions with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure proper documentation.
- Oversee employee engagement processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with company objectives.
- Manage employee relations, training, performance appraisals, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and HR best practices.
- Coordinate payroll, benefits, and leave management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and/or HR management, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Salary:
200.000,00 NGN Monthly
