Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them choose the right OEM spares and MRO services.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of MRO services.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial equipment supply sector.
Strong technical knowledge of OEM spares and MRO services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
