Job Summary:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives that support our business objectives and enhance employee engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
• Foster strong relationships with employees at all levels to address concerns and promote a culture of open communication.
• Conduct performance management processes and provide guidance on employee development plans.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, training programs, and team-building activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
