Job Description

Job Title: HR Intern
Job Summary:
The HR Intern will provide support to the HR department in various areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & Onboarding:
* Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
* Prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire orientation.
* Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
* Employee Engagement:
* Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
* Support employee communication initiatives.
* Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback.
* Assist in the organization and coordination of team activities and events.
* HR Administration:
* Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
* Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to organize and coordinate tasks and potentially assist in the organization and coordination of team activities and events.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
* Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
Bonus Points:
* Previous experience in an HR role or internship.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems.
* Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
