Job Description

Job Overview:
The Showroom Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the showroom, ensuring that it operates smoothly and efficiently. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Performance Management:
• Drive showroom sales by meeting or exceeding sales targets through social media marketing.
• Analyse sales reports and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue.

2. Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.

3. Customer Experience:
• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction by training staff to engage with customers effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations to resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement customer loyalty programs and promotions.

4. Inventory Management:
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and minimize excess.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely product delivery.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to manage product availability and reduce shrinkage.

5. Visual Merchandising:
• Maintain showroom displays to ensure an attractive and functional shopping environment.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional events and product launches.
• Implement seasonal or special visual merchandising strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.

7. Budget Management:
• Assist in preparing and managing the showroom budget, controlling costs to achieve profitability.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.

Qualifications:
OND or Equivalent in Business Administration/Marketing
Salary:
100.000,00 NGN Monthly
