Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled Business Development Officer to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strategic relationships with key clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, networking,
and competitor analysis.
• Develop and execute business development strategies for revenue growth and market
expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client and partner
companies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business development strategies.
• Develop and manage business cases for new opportunities, including financial modelling and
ROI analysis.
• Negotiate partnerships and contracts with clients and partners.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualification/Experience/Key Attributes
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing preferably within
oil & gas or engineering industry.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
field.
• Proven track record of business development success and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
