Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Brand Communication Manager to lead our brand's communication strategy and enhance our public image. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement comprehensive branding and communications strategies to expand awareness, engage new audiences, and maximize the impact of our campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:
- Design and implement result-oriented marketing campaigns that align with TTDALKS premium brand positioning and target audience.
- Leverage digital and traditional marketing channels to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Interface with clients , marketing and persuasion to get more products or products not moving .

2. ‘Brand Communication:

3. Sales Conversion and Customer Engagement:
- Develop strategies to convert marketing efforts into measurable sales.
- Interface directly with customers, understanding their preferences and providing tailored recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers, creating opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities.
- Analyze competitors’ marketing efforts and recommend strategies to maintain TTDALK competitive edge.

5. Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team, if applicable, to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.

Develop and execute branding, communications, and marketing strategies

Lead campaigns that strengthen our brand identity and visibility

Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all internal and external communications channels

Design and execute strategies for engaging key influencers to amplify our messaging and campaigns
