Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand our market presence. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in sales and marketing, particularly in the tech or education sector.
As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will oversee all marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and customer acquisition initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve their goals.
Collaborate with senior management to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, content, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop strategies to attract and retain customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve products and services.
Work closely with the product and training teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and company offerings.
Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure they align with the approved budget.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in the tech or education industry is highly desirable.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
