Job Description

Job Summary:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the group's real estate projects, properties, and services. The goal is to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for real estate projects and properties.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
3. Analyze competitors' strategies and adjust marketing plans accordingly.

2. Brand Management
1. Maintain and enhance the group's real estate brand image.
2. Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
3. Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence.

3. Digital Marketing
1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (social media, email, SEO, etc.).
2. Manage and maintain the group's real estate website and social media presence.
3. Create engaging content to drive website traffic and social media engagement.

4. Advertising and Promotions
1. Plan and execute advertising campaigns (print, online, outdoor, etc.).
2. Develop promotional materials (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.).
3. Collaborate with external agencies (advertising, PR, etc.).

5. Event Management
1. Plan and execute events (property launches, open houses, etc.).
2. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, etc.) and external vendors.

6. Customer Engagement
1. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
2. Analyze customer feedback and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
3. Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance customer experience.

7. Performance Analysis
1. Track and analyze marketing metrics (website traffic, social media engagement, etc.).
2. Measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Provide regular marketing reports to senior management.

8. Budgeting and Cost Control
1. Develop and manage marketing budgets for real estate projects and properties.
2. Monitor and control marketing expenses.
3. Ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
3. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, email, and SEO.
