Job Description
Location: Ikoyi
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
Develop and implement growth strategies and plans
Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
Increase client base by securing contracts with new customers
Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue
Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Write business proposals and reports to company stakeholders
Conduct business presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Track and report on sales activities, using relevant sales performance metrics
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in any field
6-7years proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the retail industry
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Creative thinking with the ability to adapt marketing strategies based on market trends
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
