Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online engagement, lead generation, and website sales. This role is essential for growing our brand presence, optimizing digital strategies, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, paid ads, and email marketing.
Website Management: Oversee and optimize website content, ensuring an engaging user experience and improved sales conversions.
Lead Generation: Drive targeted traffic and design conversion funnels to turn visitors into customers.
Content & Social Media Management: Create and manage content across multiple channels, including TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
SEO & SEM Optimization: Implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies while managing SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) for maximum ROI.
Paid Advertising (PPC): Develop and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyze digital performance, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Collaboration & Brand Management: Work closely with sales teams, align marketing efforts with business goals, and manage the company’s digital reputation.

Qualifications & Skills:
4 - 8 Years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content strategy.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools.
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization.
Excellent communication and creative skills, with experience in content creation.
Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
