Job Description
Sales Leadership: Leading sales teams to achieve sales targets, setting sales goals, and developing strategies to maximize revenue within their assigned target
Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends and identifying potential business opportunities within their region.
Operational Oversight: Ensuring the smooth operation of all locations within their area, including compliance with company policies and standards.
Budget Management: Managing budgets and controlling expenses for their assigned region.
Customer Service: Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels across all locations
Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues within their area of responsibility
Reporting: Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
