Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Relationship Manager/Sales Admin to drive our Customer Marketing Platforms (CMP), manage existing leads, and follow up on leads generated from social media. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management:
- Follow up on existing leads and convert them into sales.
- Track and manage leads generated from social media platforms.
- Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-up.

2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

3. Sales Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.

4. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of post-NYSC experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and lead-generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude.
Salary:
₦250,000.00 Monthly
