Cybersecurity Instructor/Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Instructor to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Instructor at Ingryd Academy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aspiring cybersecurity professionals. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality instruction and mentoring to our students, with the goal of ensuring that at least 50% of each cohort becomes employable cybersecurity experts upon completion of their training.

Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a comprehensive cybersecurity curriculum that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
Conduct engaging and interactive classroom and online sessions to facilitate student learning and skill development.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students throughout their training journey.
Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, exams, and practical exercises.
Stay updated with the latest developments in cybersecurity and integrate relevant content into the curriculum.
Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
Continuously improve teaching methods and materials to optimize learning outcomes.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
Proven experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of [X] years in the field.
Strong passion for teaching and mentoring, with prior experience in an instructional role preferred.
