Job Description

Role: Administrative Assistant
Industry: Lighting
Salary:100,000 monthly
Location: Lekki

Responsibility

- Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items.
- Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Update project trackers
- Act as a point of contact between the Project Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and review emails, memos, and other forms of communication.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all project materials.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence.

Requirements:
- Must be a NYSC Youth Corper
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
