Job Description
Optimum Global is a new generation investment firm offering Asset Management, Capital Market & Transaction services in Nigeria. Regulated by the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission, we aim to deepen financial inclusion by providing global investment opportunities, non-bank financial services, and access to capital markets.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Legal Counsel role located in Lagos. The Associate Legal Counsel will be responsible for handling legal issues, contract negotiations, legal document preparation, and providing legal advice to the organization on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Law and Legal Issues skills
Contract Negotiation skills
Legal Document Preparation skills
Legal Advice skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Law degree from an accredited institution
Experience with a law firm is a plus.
3-5 years experience
