Job Description (Summary)
The Management Trainee Program offers a structured rotational experience across various banking departments to develop leadership skills, financial acumen, and operational expertise. Trainees will gain practical exposure in sales, finance, risk management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in a structured rotational program across various banking departments.
Assist in sales, customer service, finance, and operations.
Learn about risk management, compliance, and banking regulations.
Support projects that drive financial inclusion and operational efficiency.
Develop leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2:1 or HND (Upper Credit) in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Passion for banking and financial services.
