Job Description

Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to goals and deadlines.
Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including scoping, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, establish objectives, and monitor progress.
Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize operational efficiency.
Monitor key operational metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and identifying areas for improvement.
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Gather feedback and insights from stakeholders to continuously improve project and operational processes.
Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with business goals.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project and operational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Proficiency in project management tools (
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvement.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
