Job Description

Responsibilities
Recruitment:

Collecting Manpower Requisition in conjunction with Departmental/Unit Head and initiate selection process.
Sourcing and Screening of the candidates
Overseeing Interview process
Salary negotiation and recommendation
Preparing and offering Letter Of Employment to the selected candidate
Co-ordination with the new entrants – checking of documents submitted, their appointment letters, employment specifications such as certificates of qualifications, processing documents
Conducting Induction & Orientation Programs
Laying down job descriptions and job specifications for various positions.
Payroll:

Liaising with O’La-Kleen Holdings Accounts department for salary calculation at the end of the month
Supervise accurate employee attendance in salary calculation
Performance Appraisal:

Initiate & administer the Performance Appraisal exercise.
Propose increment policies for the various categories of employees, based on the market trend & past performance
Disengagement Management:

Conducting exit interview and handover report
Issuing experience certificate as well as relieving order
Preparation of full & final settlement and ensuring accounts implementation
Statutory Compliances:

PAYE/Pension Remittance
Expatriate travel papers
Obtaining identity information and guarantor details for new employees
Co-ordination with Government authorities, Lawyers, Consultant and contractors
Maintaining all other statutory compliances related files
Training:

Developing and implementing s a training program for Human Capital in line with O’la-kleen Holdings policies and procedures, and personnel rules and regulations and organizational culture;
Coordination with Training Manager to ensure that every Team members is getting appropriate training as and when required.
Oversee the Implementing of Health and Safety Procedures in O’LA-KLEEN HOLDINGS
Other task(s) that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Salary:
₦300,000.00 Monthly
