Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Human Resources (HR) Professional to manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and workplace culture development. The ideal candidate will ensure a productive and positive work environment while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Administer employee benefits, payroll, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, labor laws, and company policies.
Support employee development through training programs and career planning.
Foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.
Maintain HR records and generate reports on workforce metrics.
Stay updated on HR trends and legal requirements to ensure best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or HR compliance.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and payroll procedures.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary:
₦180,000.00 Monthly
