Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of the company
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives
Manage and lead cross-functional teams
Make key decisions on finance, accounting, and real estate investments
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and partners

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of experience in real estate and accounting, preferably in a management role
Strong understanding of real estate principles, accounting practices, and business management
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to make strategic decisions and prioritize multiple tasks
