Job Description
Captrust Investment Limited provides innovative financial solutions, including loan facilities and investment opportunities, to individuals and businesses. We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Officer to ensure smooth daily operations and process efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize processes for better outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement activities.
• Support financial and administrative functions, including budgeting and reporting.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech, banking, or investment firms.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salary: 150,000 - 200,000
