Budget: NGN 660,000 Monthly Gross
Job Description (Summary)
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and managing key distribution channels to maximize profitability.He is also responsible for the growth of risk assets transactions for the organization.
Sales & Business Growth
Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and product sales.
Oversee merchant acquiring, SME banking, and financial product sales.
Build and manage a network of sales agents and distributors.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
Identify retail and SME’’s to qualify for retail lending and ensure strict compliance to repayments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales leadership within the FMCG sector or banking, fintech.
Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, digital banking, and financial services.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Good knowledge of major retail markets and opportunities for retail lending.
