Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within Proforce Galaxies Limited. This individual will play a vital role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on all HR related matters.
Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.

Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.
Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
Administer the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
Conduct salary surveys and benchmark compensation levels to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and files.
Prepare and submit required HR reports to management and regulatory agencies.
HR Administration:
Oversee HR administration tasks, including processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and maintaining employee records.
Manage the HR budget.
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required; Master's degree is an advantage.
[at least 3] years of progressive HR experience
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CIPM or other relevant HR certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
SALARY: N250,000 - N 300,000 monthly
