Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the guesthouse, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service.
Handle guest check-ins, reservations, and special requests professionally.
Manage inventory, supplies, and ensure the guesthouse is well-stocked.
Enforce safety, hygiene, and operational policies.
Resolve guest complaints efficiently to maintain a high satisfaction rate.
Prepare daily reports and assist in budget management.
Requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
