Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
Lead and motivate staff, providing training and performance feedback.
Handle customer feedback and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-4years of restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in POS systems and financial reporting.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
