Job Description
*LOCATION* : Lekki Ajah, Lagos State
*REQUIREMENTS* :
• BSc/HND in Accounting or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong analytical and Problem-Solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES* :
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, and prepare tax returns as required.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting.
• Develope Internal Controls and Risk Management.
• Provide Financial Guidance and support including financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
