Job Description
• Daily routine checks of all common areas HVAC (Heat. Ventilation and Air & Cooling) related works.
• Maintain service records of all AC’s & Refrigerators.
• Carry out monthly inventory of all R&A materials in store.
• Repair of any R&A related faults.
• Other duties assigned.
Qualification:
• Minimum of Secondary School Certificate.
• Less than four (4) years or professional experience in related field.
• Proof of Trade Test Certificate.
• Must be able to speak English and write well.
• Must be able to prepare report at the appropriate period.
