Job Description
Greeting clients
Overseeing the office correspondence
Offering customer support
Guiding and advising customers
Keeping the front office clean and representative
Organizing and maintaining files and records
Updating files and records when necessary
Job requirement
High school diploma or relevant qualification.
Graduate degree
Proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
