Job Description
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Reviewing, comparing in prices, quality and quantity, analyzing, and approving goods, products and services to be purchased. (Vendor list).
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, and supplier information.
• Ensure all products ordered are received, accounted for, and processed, both physically and on internal systems, to ensure the best due process.
• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and quality standards.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities for cost savings.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the procurement process.
• To undertake any other assignments that may be required, in view of the efficient functioning of the Delegation.
