Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency in inventory software.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of inventory team members
Ensure compliance with inventory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory software (preferably Retail Man)
Verify and post inventory transactions to ensure accuracy
Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Inventory Supervisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in inventory software, preferably Retail Man
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
