Job Description

The Digital Engagement and Sales Executive is primarily responsible for managing relationships with host of agents and corporate partners, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer engagement across digital channels. This role is integral to expanding our presence in the hospitality industry, specifically for restaurant and shortlet services under IBIC Holdings. You will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, driving sales, and ensuring the company maintains strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, corporate partners, influencers, and bloggers to drive sales and business growth.
Onboard new agents and corporate partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate marketing and sales activities with host of agents to ensure consistency in promoting shortlet and restaurant services.
Ensure the sales team meets and exceeds booking and reservation targets across Nest Lagos.
Monitor and respond to Agent and Corporate Partner’s feedback, inquiries, and reviews on digital platforms.
Manage and grow the online presence of the restaurant and shortlet services.
Create and curate engaging content to promote services, special offers, and events.
Develop and execute digital campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Organize and promote online events, promotions, and collaborations with agents and partners.
Assist the Branding Team in ensuring consistent branding across all digital platforms in collaboration with the marketing team.
Provide mentorship and leadership to the team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
