Job Description

The Customer Relationship Officers will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving customer engagement. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, providing product guidance, and enhancing customer satisfaction. They will also work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer experiences and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Proactively identify customer needs and offer suitable fintech solutions.
Assist customers in understanding and using the company’s financial products and services.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams while ensuring proper follow-up.
Provide accurate information about fintech products, policies, and services.

Sales & Customer Engagement

Upsell and cross-sell financial products based on customer needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and convert leads.
Conduct periodic customer outreach programs to improve engagement and product adoption.

Market Insights & Customer Feedback

Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to enhance fintech solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to improve customer experiences.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies in all customer interactions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of fintech products, digital payments, or financial services.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with SMEs or Fintech solutions.
Salary:
₦180,000.00 Monthly
