Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue by assisting in lead generation, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
Assist in identifying new sales leads through market research, networking, and existing customer relationships.
Qualify leads based on customer needs and generate initial interest in the company’s products and services.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Client Relationship Management:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide detailed product/service information to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
Work with the sales team to develop tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
Sales Reporting & Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools.
Track sales performance and assist in preparing regular reports for the sales manager.
Ensure the timely processing of sales orders, ensuring all details are accurate and clients are satisfied with the service.
Customer Follow-up:
Follow up on leads generated from various channels (including inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting).
Ensure ongoing communication with prospects to nurture and convert them into customers.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain the company’s sales database and update it with the latest customer and sales information.
Provide internal administrative support for the sales team, including organizing meetings, creating presentations, and managing documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
