Job Description
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions, including replacing damaged or faulty components.
Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation:
Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to determine electrical system layouts and installation procedures.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all phases of work.
Testing & Inspection:
Conduct electrical testing, inspections, and maintenance to ensure system functionality and safety.
Component Assembly:
Assemble and install electrical panels, switches, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
Documentation:
Document repairs, modifications, and inspections, following company procedures and industry standards.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and other professionals regarding project requirements, progress, and issues.
Problem Solving:
Identify root causes of electrical issues and develop effective solutions.
Skills:
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components.
Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical problems efficiently.
Blueprint Reading & Interpretation: Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
