Job Summary: NINESTARS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Heavy Duty Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Heavy Duty Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of heavy-duty equipment, vehicles, and machinery to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repairs:

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, construction equipment, and other large machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify and fix issues.
Replace or repair components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, belts, and filters.
Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols and procedures.
Diagnostics:

Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot faults and diagnose issues.
Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory for necessary parts, tools, and equipment.
Order parts and materials as needed to ensure quick repairs and minimal downtime.
Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
Communicate effectively with other departments regarding equipment status and repair needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Certification in Heavy Duty Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of [5] years of experience in maintaining and repairing heavy-duty equipment or machinery.
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to [X] lbs).
