Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Officer with deft knowledge of talent acquisition in the mobile phone industry. He/She will be providing support to our employees, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate (preferably female) must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong passion for HR duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to employees, including answering queries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee data, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including minimum wage, working hours, and employee benefits.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs, including preparing contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances, including conducting investigations, mediating disputes, and recommending solutions.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and benefits information.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as required.

Requirement:
Education - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry
