Product Manager (Volunteer/Intern)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a product, from ideation to delivery, ensuring it meets customer needs and aligns with the company’s business goals. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development, enhance user experience, and ensure the product’s success in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and market research.

2. Gather, prioritize, and document customer requirements, feedback, and market insights to inform product decisions.

3. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define product features, specifications, and timelines.

4. Manage the product development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

5. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.

6. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

7. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

8. Analyze product performance post-launch, track key metrics, and continuously improve the product based on user feedback and business needs.
