Job Description

Reports To: Managing Director / Group Internal Auditor
Client Overview

Role Overview
The Internal Auditor will evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes across the organization. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, safeguarding assets, and driving efficiency in business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute risk-based audit plans.
- Assess business compliance with policies, regulations, and control standards.
- Provide recommendations to improve processes, systems, and risk controls.
- Report significant risks, weaknesses, or incidents to the Group Internal Auditor.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Ensure accurate, high-quality documentation of audit activities and findings.
Qualifications
- Professional certification in Accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
- Proven experience in auditing, preferably in the financial or insurance industry.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit tools.
