Job Description
1.Oversee the development and implementation of insurance policies and programs.
2.Manage all aspects of insurance claims, including negotiations and settlements.
3Conduct risk assessments to determine the organization's exposure to potential losses.
4Work with internal departments to ensure compliance with insurance policies.
5Maintain relationships with insurers, brokers, and regulatory bodies.
6Evaluate and recommend improvements to current insurance programs.
7Provide guidance and training to staff on insurance-related matters.
8Prepare and present reports on insurance activities to senior management.
Qualifications
1 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
3 Proven experience in managing insurance programs and risk management.
4 Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
6 5 Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
7 High proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment.
8 Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
