Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Sangotedo, Ajah, Lagos
Industry: Real Estate
Salary: ₦200,000 base salary + highly attractive commission on all direct sales

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s revenue by developing effective sales strategies and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Engage potential clients, follow up on leads, and successfully close deals.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct property tours, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and handle client objections professionally.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts.

Requirements
✔️ Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or financial services.
✔️ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and perform under pressure to meet targets.

✔️ Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets.
✔️ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
