Job Description

This role is for our client in the Real Estate Industry

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and various sales channels.
• Provide clients with detailed information about properties and the buying process.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers.
• Negotiate terms and close sales transactions.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated with market trends and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.

The commission on each sale is 3% on the building and 10% on land plus the renumeration
